Farming Simulator had been a Twitch/YouTube favourite for some time now, and now Focus Home Interactive, the team behind the game, want to sell another few million copies.
If you’ve never played it before, basically, Farming Simulator is what it says on the tin: an open-world game where you manage a farm, with a strangely addictive, but also a sorta complex gameplay system, all built to ‘simulate’ some of the best bits of farming, without the heat and hard work.
With 150 vehicles, hundreds of acres from a Nordic and North American setting, as well as a new physics and general engine, this new trailer totally sells a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, one which I can’t wait to live in a few minutes every day. It also makes me want to go to the nearest farm.
If you wanna sit and watch the world go by, the game will be available tomorrow on Steam ($30), and early next year for the city slickers on PS4, PS3, 360, Mac, and Xbox One. Here’s hoping the 15-player multiplayer mode also comes to consoles this time round.
Meanwhile, this dubstep version of the trailer is quite refreshing too.
