The alleged Galaxy A (2017) series has been the talk of town from the past few weeks. We’ve heard quite a lot about the upcoming devices, what they will come with and how they may look like when the company officially unveils it

According to a new report, Samsung has apparently introduced the new Galaxy A (2017) series in Iran, including the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7.

As reported before, the upcoming Galaxy A series will come with IP68 certification, making the handsets dust and water resistant. This means all three handsets can survive 1.5-meter deep water for 30 minutes and also dust. Additionally, the devices come with a USB type-C port.

The new series comes with bigger batteries as well. The Galaxy A3 comes with a 3,000 mAh battery while the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 comes with a 3300 and 3500 mAh battery, respectively. All the handsets will launch in three color options: black, silver, gold, and rose gold. There’s no word from the Korean company about the launch of the handsets in other global markets.

We’ll update you as soon as the handset is officially announced.
