White Chocolate Cashew Blondies with White Chocolate Frosting

I knew we was going to tumble tough for this recipe as shortly as we stumbled on it. 
White chocolate?  Definitely interested.
Cashews?  Keep talking.
Coffee in a batter?  Um hmm.
White chocolate frosting, easily slathered over tip (my possess turn on a recipe)?  Preheat a oven and let’s get these blondies baking.

Adapted from a Chicago Sun Times recipe…

BLONDIES:

1 tablespoon present coffee

1 tablespoon water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 crater (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 1/2 cups packaged light brownish-red sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 crater white chocolate chips

1 cup cashews (unsalted, roasted) (optional, or can be substituted with pecans or walnuts)

FROSTING (Optional):

1 crater white chocolate (or 5 oz. if chopped from a block)

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

1/4 crater milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

6 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.  Grease an 8? baking vessel (or a 9? vessel if we cite thinner blondies).
  2. In a middle bowl, mix a water, present coffee and vanilla.  Stir until a coffee granules dissolve.
  3. Add butter, brownish-red sugarine and salt, then beat until light and feathery (ideally with a mount or palm mixer).  Add a eggs one during a time, violence and scraping down a sides of a play between additions.
  4. Stir in a flour, afterwards a white chocolate chips and cashews until combined.  Spread a reduction uniformly into a prepared pan.

Tips:
