Here are a couple pictures of my very first batch of Thumbprint Cookies:
While these were delicious, I made them a little too small. It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but this first batch of cookies were about half the size of the other cookies in this post. Because of their small size, I accidentally overbaked them a little and they turned out a bit dry. Delicious, but dry.
The new and improved recipe makes for a larger sized cookie, a softer and chewier texture, and slightly sweeter flavor ??
