Not only is this delicious and sweet Red Velvet Cookie Dough Dip safe to eat raw (yup, no eggs here), but it is secretly healthy too — this rich and addictive chocolatey dip is all natural (no artificial food coloring whatsoever), whole grain, high protein, refined sugar free, gluten free and vegan…
Oh, but you’d never know it!

If you’re in the mood for decadence without the sugar, butter and guilt, then this dip is for you. It’s full of flavor, it’s sweet, it’s rich… it doesn’t taste nutritious in the slightest way possible. FYI: You’re in for a real surprise when you read this recipe’s ingredient list, but trust me, you’ll never taste the secret ingredients in here:
~4 cups
Healthy Red Velvet Cookie Dough Dip

Ingredients:
Directions:
- In a food processor, add the beans, stevia, beet puree, nut butter, vanilla paste and butter extract. Pour in the milk and puree until smooth.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the protein powder, oat flour and flax.
- Add half of the dry ingredients to the food processor and puree until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl if necessary.
- Add the other half of the dry ingredients to the food processor and puree. Scrape down the sides of the bowl when necessary.
- When mixture is evenly mixed throughout, scoop the cookie dough into serving bowls, cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve the next day with fruit, graham crackers, spoons, anything you like!
Notes:
Surprised by the ingredients? Surprised at how A VEGETABLE got into your dessert? Don’t be, you won’t taste it. I absolutely despise the flavor of beans and beets and I didn’t taste them one bit in here. This Healthy Red Velvet Cookie Dough Dip tastes just like any other cookie dough dip — it’s sugary sweet (but without the refined white sugar), it’s buttery rich (without the hormone-filled butter) and it’s doughy in texture (but without the bleached white flour).
I am completely shocked at how delicious and addictive this dip is.
I couldn’t stop eating it. Whether it was with graham crackers or all by itself with a spoon or my finger… it’s just SO. GOOD.
Thankfully, this dip is 100% healthy and nutritious, unlike the typical unhealthy recipes floating around the internet and Pinterest. Just check out the nutrition label comparison below. The typical unhealthy dip nutrition label is on the left, the Desserts with Benefits nutrition label is on the right:
WOW what a difference. My recipe is lower calorie, lower carb, free of deadly trans fats, free of processed white sugar, and it’s high protein too.
I’d go as far as to say that my recipe is guilt-free! Especially in comparison with the other recipe’s nutrition label. I mean, my healthy dip is packed with both soluble and insoluble fiber, complete protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and omega-3 fatty acids, essential vitamins and minerals… I could go on forever, but I think you should just make some of this dip for yourself ?
No eggs = lick the spoon (and bowl) all you want!
Winning ?
