When it comes to Uncharted 4, it appears that new story DLC information is expected to land soon. However it now appears as if the story in that DLC will not star Sam Drake. While there were reports earlier this week that Sam Drake would be featured in the new DLC , new claims by a well known insider say that information just isn’t true.
Trusted industry insider, shinobi602 revealed on Neogaf that the upcoming DLC won’t focus on Sam. As usual, any information from an industry insider should be taken with a grain of salt but shinobi602 has a terrific track record so this may be true.
However he didn’t address the other rumors that claimed that this DLC will be a standalone affair, or that it is going to be officially unveiled during the PlayStation Experience in December. Neither Sony or Naughty Dog have confirmed any sort of new information about this DLC so we’ll all just have to wait and see what happens next week.
