Fudge Mint Brownies: Perfect Layered Dessert for St. Patrick’s Day

Different flavors remind me of several times of year.  For example, anything apple and pumpkin reminds me of fall while peppermint screams winter, generally Christmas. And while cherry and chocolate are ideal for Valentine’s Day, they tumble to a wayside after a holiday. Suddenly it is time for packet for St. Patrick’s Day, and not only any mint. Green mint, of course. When we brew chocolate and packet together, we have a torpedo combination. Brownie Ingredients

½ crater butter
3 ounces almost honeyed chocolate
1 crater sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ crater all purpose flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions

In a vast bowl, warp a butter and a chocolate together in a microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and continue to x-ray until a chocolate is melted and smooth.

Add a sugar, egg, vanilla, salt, flour, and cocoa powder into a play and brew all a mixture together well. Pour into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
