DICE will be showcasing its first DLC map for Battlefield 1 map, which also happens to be a free map for all. It’s called Giant’s Shadow and takes place along the Selle River in France during the Hundred Days Offensive.
There will be a livestream showcasing the new map later today as per the Battlefield Twitter. You can watch it on the Battlefield Companion app or via the official Twitch channel.
Giant’s Shadow will be available on December 13th for those who pre-ordered the game or who purchased the Premium Pass. The map will be available for everyone else on December 20th because that’s how these things work now.
Battlefield 1 will be receiving more content in the coming days with its paid DLC packs expected in early 2017. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks and let us know what you think of Giant’s Shadow when it goes live tomorrow.
