“Sex And The City” Best Fashion Looks

As fans of Sex and the City know, the iconic series was famous for its on-screen outfits, and particularly for the killer style of leading lady Carrie Bradshaw (played by Sarah Jessica Parker). With Real Style Magazine’s latest December 2017 magazine featuring an exclusive interview with SJP herself, we couldn’t help but take a glimpse back at SATC’s most eye-catching looks. From Carrie’s sumptuous furs and patterns to Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha’s beautiful bridesmaid frocks, we’ve curated our favourite ensembles from Sex and the City.

Deliberately mismatched prints: Long before mismatched prints became an actual fashion, the stylish Carrie was rocking the look on the streets of New York City. We are admiring this white three-quarter-length coat with a vibrant, painterly print. Meanwhile, her white crop top and black and white patterned skirt complete her look of the day.

Fabulous fur: Carrie cuts quite the figure in this oversized, luxurious furry coat, which she has paired with snakeskin print high-heeled boots. For a finishing touch, her strand of pearls and stud earrings allow this fashion maven to accessorize in style- not to mention those designer shopping bags as the ultimate status symbol!  

Wedding day chic: After all, it’s difficult to forget Carrie’s wedding day, where she was all set to tie the knot with Mr. Big (Chris Noth). While the blushing bride herself looked gorgeous in her voluminous, cream-coloured strapless creation, her bridesmaids were also a gorgeous sight. Samantha (Kim Catrall) stayed true to her signature sex appeal in an airy tangerine frock, which featured a V-neckline, short flutter sleeves and girlish ruffles down the front. Meanwhile, prim and proper Charlotte (Kristin Davis) looked like a classic beauty in a black tiered gown. Rounding out the trio of bridesmaids was Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), who stunned in a cobalt blue sleeveless dress with ruched detail.
