CES 2020: Introducing Waterproof Wireless Charging Phone Holders

A new decade is upon us, and right after celebrating the New Year we’ll be off to CES from Tuesday, January 7th to Friday, January 10th in Las Vegas.

At this year’s show, we’re excited to showcase all-new waterproof wireless charging phone holders – the first of their kind. We’ll be giving attendees a hands-on look at both the RAM^® Quick-Grip^™ Wireless and the RAM^® Tough-Charge^™ with X-Grip^® Technology, with the release of these products coming later in early 2020. In addition, we’ll have an incredible 1974 Jeep Gladiator J20 build in the booth from our friends at RoamR.

In the Booth: 1974 Jeep Gladiator J20

You won’t be able to miss this 1974 Jeep Gladiator J20 in the booth. Inside, you’ll find a collection of RAM^® Mounts that are perfect for your daily commute or off road adventures.

While we previously announced these waterproof wireless charging phone holders, CES 2020 will be the first time we’re showing them off in person.

Each cradle is waterproof and features Qi charging that ensure phones listed within the compatible dimensions are charged no matter where they’re placed. In addition, a connected Type-A male pigtail connector includes an in-line switch that allows for the wireless charging module to be turned off when not in use. The two-hole AMPS pattern on the back is RAM^® Mounts Compatible^™ with diamond ball bases, so you can easily attach either holder to any existing components you might already have – such as double socket arms and mounting bases.

And whether you’re planning to use them in your car or on your motorcycle, complete mounting kits will include either an extension cable or a low-profile hardwire charger.
