Jumbo gummy bear-shaped fruit snacks for only 10 calories a piece? I’LL TAKE IT ?
Brewing the tea for the Peach Mango Fruit Snacks. I love the bright orange-red color that comes naturally from the rosehips and hibiscus in the tea bags.
These fruit snacks are so good, I was tempted to walk to the fridge every ten minutes to grab a couple to snack on, but I had to save some for the Afternoon Tea + Desserts Party I was hosting ???
I’m rekindling my love for tea. I used to drink tea every single day in college, but stopped when I moved out of my apartment and had given away my electric kettle. I recently bought another kettle and now it’s easier than ever to boil some water and make a cup of tea.
Tea is way more interesting and easier to drink (for me, at least) than boring water. As a kid, I’d choose juice or soda or dehydration over water any day… I was stubborn like that. I’ve grown up a little bit since then, though, and I’ll drink water (I swear! ?), but I still prefer flavored stuff. Lipton’s new herbal teas (my favorite? Obviously the Peach Mango ?) are changing the tea-drinking experience. What used to be a hot, bitter and flavorless beverage is now bold, stimulating and delicious. I shared my newfound love at my little tight-knit, 4-person get-together ?
Here are some pics of the tablescape from right before the party:
We’ve, of course, got some tea — big pitchers of both the Peach Mango and Cinnamon Apple Herbal Teas — plus some Healthy Homemade Peach Mango Fruit Snacks, Raw Red Velvet Fudge, Raw Matcha Green Tea Fudge, Raw Blueberry Coconut Fudge, DIY Thin Mints, and fresh Honeycrisp Apples.
The bite-sized treats were perfect little party munchers over some good conversation and catching up. It’s been so long since my friends and I had a reunion. We’re all pretty laid back twenty-somethings… we don’t need to go out and party or jump up and down at concerts (although, we do that occasionally ?). We’re the ones who prefer getting comfy in our pajamas and cooking at home and watching episode after episode of our favorite TV shows.

Lipton’s new herbal teas burst with fruity notes, whether it’s the Peach Mango, Berry Hibiscus, Apple Cinnamon or Lemon Ginger. Enjoy them hot or iced… both are top notch.

I won’t lie, I think I ate the majority of the Peach Mango Fruit Snacks at the party. I couldn’t stop.
I know I’ll be making this recipe again and again and again. It’s just SO fun and easy… and delicious.
Enjoy! (And I think you will ?)
