Instagram live video has been available to a test group of Instagram users and now it is being rolled out to everyone in the US.
The new live video feature is available from the Stories section in the app, you select the camera and then you can start broadcasting live video to your followers, a live badge is shown during the broadcasting.
Instagram have done something a little different from their parent company Facebook with live videos, once the video has finished, it is gone there is not chance to watch it again.
There is also a top Live videos section which will show you the most popular live videos being watched at any one time, these videos also disappear once the live broadcast has finished.
