JMX Brands donates holiday gifts to Big Brothers Big Sisters

SARASOTA, Fla. – JMX Brands, parent company of Amish furniture retailer DutchCrafters, has donated nearly $700 in Christmas gifts to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast.

These are toys JMX Brands purchased for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast with funds donated from employees and a company match. The donations came from JMX employees who honored fellow co-workers who worked above and beyond expectations this year by donating a dollar and compliment to the ‘Kudos Box.’ JMX owners match the donations, which they contribute to a local charity in Sarasota, where the company is headquartered.

In the past, the company has given to All Faiths Food Bank. This year, it selected Big Brothers Big Sisters.

In addition to beds, dressers and storage pieces, DutchCrafters sells cribs, changing tables, high chairs, desks and toy storage pieces as part of its youth and baby furniture line. Both the youth and adult line is made by Amish resources around the country and sold on www.dutchcrafters.com as well as in its 3,500-square-foot store in Sarasota.
