A new 10.6 inch tablet has been unveiled this week by Chinese tablet maker Cube in the form of the Cube Mix Plus, which comes complete with a detachable keyboard allow you to either use it as a stand-alone tablet or laptop style device.
The 10.6 inch IPS display of the Cube Mix Plus offers users a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and the tablet is powered by an Intel Core M3-7Y30 processor offering hardware-accelerated H.265 and VP9 video encoding, supported by 4 GB of RAM and includes 128 GB of solid state drive (SSD) storage.
Other features include connections via USB Type-C port, 1 x micro USB 3.0 port as well as a handy microSD card slot and both2 megapixel front facing camera for video calling, together with a 5 megapixel rear facing for video and photographs, together with a 4,300 mAh battery. The tablet also offers dual operating systems and comes pre-installed with both Android and the latest Windows 10 operating system from Microsoft.
The detachable keyboard is also supplied with a Wacom, digitiser stylus enabling sketching and digital note taking. Preorders are now being taken for the new Cube Mix Plus tablet with prices starting from $475.
