SWANSEA, Mass. — Cardi’s Furniture is planning to open its first New Hampshire store here, according to a local report.
The retailer, with full-line and mattress specialty stores throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, will open a 65,000-square-foot showroom in part of a former Walmart location on Lafayette Road, the Newburyport Daily News reported.
Ron Cardi, one of three brothers who run the Swansea, Mass.-based retailer, told the newspaper the store is slated to open in the fall of 2017.
